To reserve your accommodations at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel for ABWHE's National Conference, please use the link below.
ABWHE has reserved a limited number of conference rooms at the block rate available for:

Wednesday, October 14th

Thursday, October 15th (checkout Friday, October 16th no later than 11:00 am).
The nightly room rate is $179.00 plus a 17.5% occupancy tax. While ABWHE members do not need to pay for the room at the time of reservation, ultimate responsibility for payment rests with members. ABWHE is not responsible for issues or fees associated with cancellations, reservations outside of our official contract, or third-party reservations.
If you are interested in booking for dates outside the contracted period, specifically October 13th, there may be a limited number of rooms available at the block rate. Please note that if you would like to extend your stay to October 16th, October 17th or 18th, you will need to arrange these reservations directly with the hotel.
Renaissance Block Room Policies:
Per hotel policy, as outlined on the reservation dashboard, pre-selection of rooms is not permitted at the time of reservation. However, guests may indicate their preference (1 King or 2 Queen) in the "Other Information Box" located at the bottom of the "Personal Information Page."
