The Greater New Jersey and Virtual Chapters of ABWHE invite you to an evening of reflection and empowerment featuring guest speaker Melody Fogarty, the lead facilitator of the esteemed New Jersey Black Women’s Collective Leadership Institute. As a strategic HR executive, entrepreneur, and organizational architect, Melody brings a wealth of information to the table.

Despite being the most educated demographic in the country—and still facing disproportionately high unemployment rates—Black women continue to rise, lead, and redefine what professional excellence looks like. This virtual session, led by Coach Melody Fogarty, is designed to build on that strength.
