The Greater New Jersey and Virtual Chapters of ABWHE invite you to an evening of reflection and empowerment featuring guest speaker, Melody Fogarty. Sister Fogarty serves as a national leader within the National Association of Black Women in Construction, and she is a strategic HR executive, entrepreneur, and organizational architect. 

Despite being the most educated demographic in the country—and still facing disproportionately high unemployment rates—Black women continue to rise, lead, and redefine what professional excellence looks like. This virtual session, led by Coach Melody Fogarty, is designed to build on that strength.
