Accidents happen, so we're committed to replacing a damaged, misprinted or defective product within 30 days. Since our products are custom made by a third-party vendor, we cannot accept returns or exchange for incorrect sizes, or if you've changed your mind.

Since we want to maintain you as a customer, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to work with on a solution. Please take a picture and email it to admin@abwhe.org.

Refunds

• PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 48 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your PayPal account.
• Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit card/debit card will show back up in your bank account within five business days.

Fulfillment time is the amount of time required by the third-party vendor to produce your order and prepare it for shipping. The vendor will fulfill your order within 30 business days after October 1. This timeframe does not include the actual shipping and delivery time as those vary by location. An additional $5.00 was added for shipping.
